head-sizes. Heated to give enhanced performance over cold
alternatives, with thermostatic control enabling stretching of all

Wood
Blocks
For the individual who requires small quantities of hats, we
produce our wood blocks. These are hand created to order, allowing
the freedom to create any shape or style. Made from specially
prepared timber we manufacture many types;
From basic solid
crowns to five piece blocks enabling overhanging shapes to be
removed with ease. We also supply metal impressions for the more
complicated crown. Brim blocks can be made as either downbrim, frame
or double-sided to suit your needs. We also manufacture stands and
display heads to complete our range of wood products. |
